Position: CAD Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Creating Technical Drawings: Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings, schematics, and models using CAD software (eg, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) based on project requirements and specifications
- Drafting and Design: Collaborate with engineers, architects, or project managers to interpret concepts and sketches into precise, dimensioned drawings and designs
- Accuracy and Precision: Ensure that drawings are accurate, adhere to industry standards, and meet regulatory requirements
- Modifications and Revisions: Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to drawings as projects evolve or to address any issues during the design process
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of CAD drawings and models
Candidate Profile
- 3- 5 years of experience in the jewellery industry
- Thorough knowledge of CAD design software like Matrix/Rhino.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- HSC passed/ Diploma/ Certification in designing or equivalent experience in the high-end Jewellery industry for the US/Overseas market
Position: Assistant Manager โ Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Design, develop, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for various departments.
- Automate and streamline existing manual data reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.
- Provide detailed sales analysis by market, customer, product category, and geography.
- Business Insights & Analysis:
- Analyse sales, order conversion, production efficiency, stock movement, and pricing trends to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide periodic performance scorecards to stakeholders.
- Forecast demand and identify patterns using historical sales and seasonal trends.
- Support sales and product development teams with performance data to influence design and merchandising decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, design, production, finance, and supply chain teams to gather data and understand operational requirements.
- Assist senior leadership with data presentations and board-level reports.
- Translate business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Tool Development & Implementation:
- Support implementation and integration of ERP, MIS, CRM, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Build custom dashboards to monitor order lifecycle, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a manufacturing or export-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Excel (Advanced), SQL, and one or more BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the jewellery industry, especially in a SEEPZ-based company, is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of production workflows, export documentation, and costing structures in jewellery.

Position: Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new international markets and potential clients through online research, trade shows, referrals, and industry networking.
- Manage and expand existing client relationships by understanding their design preferences, seasonal needs, and commercial expectations.
- Work closely with the design and product development team to prepare custom and collection-based presentations for clients.
- Handle the entire sales cycle: inquiry generation, sample coordination, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, QC, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and compliance with client expectations.
- Follow up with clients for payments, reorders, feedback, and after-sales service.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client communication, order history, and sales performance using CRM tools or Excel.
- Participate in international exhibitions (like JCK Las Vegas, VicenzaOro, etc.) and virtual meetings to represent the company and showcase collections.
- Stay informed about international jewellery trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Jewellery Design, or related field.
- 2โ5 years of experience in business development or sales in an export-oriented jewellery company (preferably SEEPZ-based).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and email drafting.
- Basic understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes, costing, and international standards.
- Ability to travel internationally if required.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Manager โ Administration to oversee and manage end-to-end administrative operations in our SEEPZ-based jewellery manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, compliance with SEEPZ regulations, vendor and facility management, and employee servicesโall aligned with international export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities & Infrastructure Management:
- Maintain office, production, and common areas with focus on hygiene and safety.
- Coordinate building maintenance, utilities, repairs, and infrastructure upkeep.
SEEPZ & Statutory Compliance:
- Handle SEEPZ documentation including gate passes, customs, audits, and SOFTEX.
- Liaise with Development Commissioner, customs officials, and local authorities.
Security & Safety Oversight:
- Supervise security agency, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems.
- Implement fire safety protocols and lead emergency preparedness drills.
Vendor & Asset Management:
- Manage service vendors: housekeeping, canteen, courier, uniforms, etc.
- Maintain fixed asset inventory and conduct periodic audits.
Employee & Administrative Services:
- Oversee ID cards, locker rooms, uniform distribution, transport, and pantry services.
- Support administrative logistics for events, meetings, and employee welfare.
Team Supervision & Reporting:
- Lead a team of support staff including assistants, drivers, and security personnel.
- Submit regular reports on admin expenses, compliance, and facility issues to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 7โ10 years of administration experience in manufacturing or export unit.
- Prior experience working in SEEPZ is highly preferred.
- Strong documentation, vendor management, compliance, and facility management skills.

Position: Manual Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed hand-drawn jewellery designs (rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, necklaces, etc.) for international clients and markets (primarily US)
- Develop concept sketches and final renderings based on product briefs or seasonal design themes.
- Collaborate with CAD designers, model makers, and merchandisers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into prototypes and final products.
- Stay updated with international jewellery trends, styles, and consumer preferences, and incorporate them into new collections.
- Modify existing designs as per feedback from senior designers, clients, or production team.
- Participate in design review meetings, sample development, and production handovers.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Jewellery Design or Applied Art from a recognized institution.
- 3โ5 years of experience as a Manual Designer in an export-oriented jewellery manufacturing setup (preferably in SEEPZ).
- Strong sketching and rendering skills using pencils, markers, and color mediums.
- Good understanding of gemstones, metals (gold, platinum, silver), setting styles, and jewellery construction.
- Knowledge of international jewellery styles and preferences.
